Here's how...
Step 1
Roast the quinoa in a frying pan over medium heat for about 10 minutes and let it cool.
Step 2
Place the chocolate in a thin-walled bowl and melt it over a water bath.
Step 3
Mix the quinoa with the protein powder and add the melted chocolate. Briefly mix again and spread the mixture evenly on a sheet of baking paper.
Step 4
Refrigerate for at least one hour, then break or cut into wedges and enjoy.
