Shipping Area

We currently ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Shipping abroad is not available.

Shipping Costs

Orders below CHF 50: Shipping costs of CHF 9 (or CHF 7.00 for large letter shipments)
Orders from CHF 50: Free shipping via Swiss Post Priority (A-Post)
If "free shipping" is stated in the product description: no shipping costs apply

Delivery Time & Shipping Provider

Your order is shipped with Swiss Post. Delivery within Switzerland takes 2–4 working days. If a product is not available, we will inform you by email.

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible to the specified address. However, in exceptional cases delays may occur (e.g. force majeure or supply shortages). If such a delay lasts longer than four weeks, both you and we have the right to withdraw from the contract.

Delivery & Responsibility for Drop-Off

Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post. If no one is present, the parcel may be left at your doorstep, in the mailbox area, or at a designated drop-off location.

Important: Once deposited, the parcel is considered delivered by Swiss Post. Responsibility for loss or theft after delivery lies with you. If you do not wish for parcels to be left unattended, you must inform Swiss Post accordingly.

What to Do If Your Parcel Cannot Be Found

Please first check:

Delivery confirmation and tracking information from Swiss Post
Whether the parcel was left with neighbours, nearby, or at the designated drop-off location

If you still cannot find it, please contact us within 7–14 days after placing your order. We carefully review each case individually. Being fair and accommodating matters to us – we will find a solution together.

Transport Damage & Complaints

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt.

Obvious damage or discrepancies: report immediately
Hidden defects: report within 4 days of receipt at the latest

Logistics Partner

Our logistics are handled with great care in collaboration with arwo Stiftung, a social institution based in Wettingen.

arwo Stiftung focuses on people with and without disabilities. It provides workplaces for adults with intellectual or multiple disabilities and supports them in leading a self-determined and independent life.

Despite careful processes, occasional minor errors or slightly longer delivery times may occur. Please let us know if anything is not right – we will correct it as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Methods

You can choose from various secure payment methods during checkout. The purchase price (including shipping) is due upon completion of the order.

Vouchers are only valid under the specified conditions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.
