You know that feeling? You have half-baked dairy products in your fridge that are about to go bad? We make a delicious fruit tart out of them.

Ingredients:
Dairy product leftovers such as yogurt, quark, cream, mascarpone etc.
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 egg (optional)
3 tbsp Vanilla Dream Protein Shake Powder
Ground nuts (Food waste avoidance tip: Store ground nuts in the freezer.)
1 cake batter
Approx. 600 grams of fruit as desired

Preparation:
– Put all dairy product leftovers into a measuring cup.
– Fill the measuring cup with milk or oat milk to 3 dl.
– Add the egg, cornstarch and protein shake powder to the measuring cup and mix all ingredients well.
– Place the cake batter in the baking tray and prick with a fork.
– Spread the ground nuts on the cake batter.
– Cover the cake batter with fruit and then pour the icing over it.
– Bake the tart in a preheated oven at 220 ° C, top and bottom heat, on the lowest rack, for approx. 35 – 40 minutes.
