Apple protein Bircher muesli

This Bircher muesli with a hint of vanilla provides you with energy for training and everyday life. The apple adds natural sweetness and valuable fiber for your digestion, the quark ensures a creamy consistency, and the protein powder keeps you feeling full for longer. Ideal as breakfast or a fortifying snack after exercise.

Here's how...

Step 1

Wash, core, and coarsely grate the apple.

Step 2

Pour lemon juice over the grated apple and mix.

Step 3

Add quark, protein powder and rolled oats and mix well.

Step 4

Add water or milk as desired until the desired consistency is reached.

Step 5

Let it soak for 10-15 minutes.

Step 6

Decorate as desired with roasted nuts, apple slices, berries and a little honey.

40 g Wheycation Protein Powder Vanilla Dream

1 apple

200g low-fat quark

60 g finely rolled oats

¼ juice of a fresh lemon
