Frequently asked questions about shipping
Who can I contact if I have questions about my order?
If you have any questions, please email shop@wheycation.ch and we will respond as soon as possible.
Do you also ship abroad?
Unfortunately, we can currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
How much does shipping cost me?
Shipping is free for orders over CHF 50. For orders below this value, we charge CHF 7 for shipping.
How long do I have to wait for my order?
If you order before 11 a.m. Monday through Friday, you should receive your package the next business day. If you order after 11 a.m., you can expect to receive your package after two business days. Sometimes the post office takes a little longer. However, if you haven't received your order after four business days, please email shop@wheycation.ch , as something has gone wrong.
