These fluffy protein pancakes provide you with high-quality nutrients, keep you full for a long time and taste simply heavenly.

Here's how...

Step 1

Mix all dry ingredients, from Protein Powder Nature to coconut blossom sugar, in a bowl.

Step 2

Add milk and egg and mix with a whisk to form a smooth batter.

Step 3

Heat a coated pan and grease it lightly.

Step 4

Pour in portions of the batter and bake over medium heat for a few minutes until golden brown.

Step 5

Serve with fresh (or thawed frozen) fruit and maple syrup, if desired, and enjoy warm!

Recipe for approximately 6-8 pancakes

50 g Wheycation Protein Powder Nature

100g light spelt flour

7 g baking powder

1 pinch of salt

1 tbsp (approx. 15 g) coconut blossom sugar

200 ml milk or plant-based drink

1 egg

Optional: Maple syrup and fresh fruit as a topping.
