Recipe for Protein Pancakes
Ingredients for approx. 6 - 8 pieces:
100g light spelt flour
50 g Wheycation Protein Powder Natural
200 ml milk
1 egg
7 g baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp (approx. 15 g) coconut blossom sugar
Optional: maple syrup & fresh fruit as topping.
Preparation:
1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add milk and egg and whisk until smooth.
3. Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it.
4. Add the batter in portions and bake at medium heat for a few minutes until golden brown.
5. Serve with fresh fruit and maple syrup as desired and enjoy warm!
