Protein Tiramisu Oats

Tiramisu indulgence meets protein power: These creamy oats with espresso and vanilla are quick to prepare and provide you with new energy for your everyday life.

Here's how...

Step 1

Mix porridge with milk and espresso and let it swell briefly.

Step 2

Mix protein powder with low-fat quark until creamy.

Step 3

First layer the porridge mix and then the protein quark in a glass.

Step 4

Dust with cocoa powder – done!

Tip: For extra flavor, chill for a few hours.

60 g Protein Porridge Cocoa & Banana

60 ml milk

30 g Wheycation Protein Powder (e.g. Vanilla Dream or Nature)

200g low-fat quark

1 espresso, cooled

A little unsweetened cocoa powder for decoration.
