Recipe for Protein Tiramisu Oats
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
60 g Protein Porridge Cocoa & Banana
60 ml milk
1 espresso, cooled
200 g low-fat curd cheese
30 g Wheycation protein powder (e.g. B. Vanilla Dream or Natural)
Some cocoa powder, unsweetened for decoration
Preparation:
1. Mix porridge with milk and espresso and let it swell briefly.
2. Mix protein powder with low-fat curd cheese until creamy.
3. First layer the porridge mix and then the protein curd into a glass.
4. Dust with cocoa powder – done!
Tip: For extra flavor, refrigerate for a few hours.
