Protein Hummus with Whey

You can expect a particularly creamy chickpea spread that combines plant-based protein, healthy fats and valuable fiber with high-quality Swiss whey protein.

Perfect as a vegetable dip, spread or topping for your summer bowl - for long-lasting satiety, intense taste and an extra portion of high-quality nutrients.

Here's how it works...

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more water or chickpea liquid if needed.

Step 2

Pour into a bowl, optionally garnish with olive oil and spices. Serve fresh and enjoy!

Optional

Add fresh garlic or chopped parsley for more flavor.

Good to know: The combination of plant-based protein (chickpeas) and animal-based whey protein creates a particularly complete amino acid profile – ideal for supporting muscle building and regeneration.

240 g cooked chickpeas (e.g. from a jar, well rinsed)

1 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 pinch of cumin

A little freshly squeezed lemon juice
