Recipe for Strawberry Protein Mousse
Ingredients (for 2 small glasses):
200 ml milk or plant-based drink
40 g Wheycation protein powder Berries
100 g low-fat curd cheese
2 sheets of gelatin
Optional: xylitol to taste
Fresh berries as a topping
Preparation:
1. Mix milk (or plant-based drink) and protein powder into a creamy shake.
2. Soak the gelatine individually in cold water and then dissolve it in a little hot water.
3. Stir some low-fat quark into the gelatine, then mix with the remaining quark.
4. Mix the prepared protein shake with the quark-gelatin mixture.
5. Pour the finished mixture into dessert glasses and refrigerate for a few hours.
6. Decorate the airy strawberry protein mousse with berries and enjoy.
