Recipe for Berry Power Smoothie

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

40 g Wheycation Protein Powder Berries

60 g Wheycation Protein Porridge Berries & Apple

100 g frozen raspberries

200 g low-fat curd cheese

1 banana

1 tbsp dark almond butter (alternatively a few whole almonds)

Optional you can add some water or milk – depending on how creamy or runny you like your smoothie.

Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients except the protein powder into a blender and mix until a creamy mixture forms.

2. Then add the protein powder and, depending on the desired consistency, a little more liquid. Blend thoroughly again.

3. Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!
