Recipe for Berry Power Smoothie

Step 1

Place all ingredients except the protein powder into a blender and blend until a creamy mixture is formed.

Step 2

Next, add the protein powder and, depending on the desired consistency, a little liquid. Mix thoroughly again.

Step 3

Pour into two glasses and enjoy immediately!

Optional

Add some water or milk – depending on how creamy or liquid you like your smoothie.

40 g Wheycation Protein Powder Berries

60 g Wheycation Protein Porridge Berries Apple

100g frozen raspberries
